We will print the t-shirt or wall decal you have selected, pack your item and get it on the way to you within 3 working days. All of our custom t-shirts and wall decal stickers are individually made by hand in our studio in Bulgaria, Europe, then carefully wrapped and posted direct to your door.

How long would my item take to arrive?

We understand that the shipping cost and time can be a sensitive matter especially when you are waiting for that special T-shirt for St. Patrick’s day or that cute wall decal to decorate your wall for Christmas. We provide a flexible solution to our clients so you can pick the best shipping option for you at check-out - standard shipping via Deutsche post or express shipping with DHL. Standard shipping may vary from 7 -14 days for the EU and 2 - 3 weeks for the rest of the world. In some cases packages may take a bit longer to be delivered. Express shipping via DHL, may vary from 1 to 4 working days after we ship your t-shirt or wall sticker, depending on your location. In some cases it may take up to 7 working days.

Will I get a tracking number?

All of our items are shipped as signed for packages with a tracking number, so you can securely receive them. We know that expectation can be tough sometimes, especially when you are expecting that great design on your custom tee or wall sticker for a special occasion like New Year’s Eve, St. Patrick’s day, an upcoming birthday, mother’s or father’s day. We want to you to be able to track your order right from the get go and securely receive it by signing for it. As soon as we get your funny t-shirt or pretty wall decal on the way to you, we will update your Etsy order details and e-mail you with the tracking details, so you can track your package till it reaches your door.

My item has not yet arrived within the estimated timeframes, what should I do?

While we do our best to ship each of our hand-printed t-shirt and wall decals as quickly as possible, in some cases shipping could take a bit longer due to circumstances outside of our control - such as and not limited to custom control, public holidays, strikes and backlogs with the postal services. Just contact us back and we will do our best to investigate the situation and get back to you as soon as possible with an update.

How can I place a custom order?

We love custom orders for our t-shirts and wallpaper stickers. We know how important it is for you to find the ideal t-shirt for your brother’s bachelor party, your daughter’s birthday or the perfect Christmas wall decal. We are here to help. How do I figure out my size for the T-shirt I want to order?

We offer a variety of sizes for all of our items. The sizes marked in the listing descriptions are European sizes. You can check the measurements given in the description of each item, so you can select the size that best fits you. Or you can contact us back, so we can guide you through our size chart and recommend the best size for you. If I am not satisfied with the item I have ordered, can I return it and get a refund?

We are devoted to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with the t-shirt or wall decal you have ordered, just contact us back within 14 days after you have received it. We will be happy to assist. We will issue a full refund of the purchased item, as soon as we receive the item back unused and in the original package. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there any special care instructions for my T-shirt to make the print last longer?

We recommend that you wash your t-shirt inside out with warm water with similar colors. You can wash it either by hand or machine wash it using a gentle cycle. If ironing is necessary we recommend that you iron it inside out.

How do I install my new wall sticker on my wall?

Before you apply your wall decal, make sure that your wall is clean and dust free. Peel each sticker and apply it on your wall. Just make sure there are no air bubbles between the wall and the sticker.

How should I clean my wall decal to make sure it lasts longer?

Our wall decals are made of high-quality vinyl , which is made to last. However to make sure your wall sticker lasts as long as possible, you may wipe it clean with a soft damp cloth every week to remove fingermarks and keep it looking like new!
