Do you offer printing services?

I sell digital files and do not offer a printing service. Printing, however, is very easy! Please see the two FAQ below for everything you need to know. You'll also want to check the "Item Description" section of the listing for additional helpful information.

When will I receive my order?

You'll receive your customized file within 1-2 business days, but I strive to deliver within about 24 hours whenever humanly possible, and I rarely miss this target! Past clients often comment on my quick turnaround time. **Please check your inbox, spam AND other email folders, and contact me straight away if you can't locate the email from paperfoxstudios@gmail.com or the download link from Etsy. I often work on weekends, but please note it's not guaranteed. If you require a rush order I can likely help. Please message me before ordering. I don't charge a fee for rush orders. If you've ordered Instant Download items, please check the email sent from Etsy upon purchase. You can download these yourself straight away!

Will I receive a proof?

Costs of these professionally-designed files are kept down AND the turnaround time kept to a minimum by eliminating a "proofing" step. The information you provided with your order is substituted into the design, so it's quite straightforward. Please be sure to send accurate information! If you receive your file and notice I have made an error, however, I'm happy to correct it as quickly as possible.

Can I make changes to my file after receiving it? For how long do you store my order?

Sure thing, you can make changes within 14 days! If you receive your file as ordered but wish to make a change because you've forgotten to include a detail, you wish to change a party detail, or you ordered the wrong size, etc., a small fee is charged to cover the extra time. Editing add-on listing: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/196021698/ To avoid any fees for changes, please ensure the details you send with your order are accurate and final. :) Digital orders are stored on my computer for a period of 14 days, and after this time they are deleted. Orders are not stored by me indefinitely. To make any changes to your order, contact me within 14 days.

Can I make changes to the colors, design, layout etc?

Changes to the design, layout, title blocks, changing colors, adding new elements, etc., are not included in the price of the listing. But if you're interested in some customization, kindly message me with your needs before purchasing and I can provide you with a quote. Many requests can be accommodated and start at an additional $4.95US.

How do I print JPG invitations?

♥ JPG photo prints: JPGs can be photo printed at a photo lab (Walgreens, Costco, etc). I provide invitations that measure 4x6" or 5x7" only. ♥ JPG cardstock prints: Choose standard "document printing" from a printing vendor (such as Staples, Office Depot) and print the JPG on a standard 8.5x11" piece of cardstock, then carefully trim off the excess paper. Choose minimum 100lb smooth (coated, matte) white cardstock for excellent results. Alternatively, if you are choosing "invitation printing" from a printing vendor, you may need bleeds added to your JPG file. Kindly check with the printer to determine the bleed requirement, and include that information in your order. I provide invitations that have a final measurement of 4x6" or 5x7" only.

How do I print PDF invitations?

♥ PDF cardstock prints: Choose standard "document printing" from a printing vendor (such as Staples, Office Depot) to print the PDF invitation on a standard size 8.5x11" piece of cardstock, then carefully trim off the excess paper. If you prefer to receive 2 invitations laid out on a page, for easier printing/trimming, you can purchase the add-on mentioned in the listing or linked here: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/185739858 For pro results, choose quality (coated, matte, smooth, white) cardstock, minimum 100lb. PDFs can also be printed on card stock on your own home printer if desired.

How do I print my wall art / custom signs / memorial printables?

♥ Photo prints - wall art: JPG files can be photo printed at your favorite photo lab (Walgreens, Costco, etc). Both 8x10" and 11x14" are standard photo print sizes. ♥ Cardstock prints - wall art: You can choose standard "document printing" from a printing vendor (such as Staples, Office Depot) and print the 8x10" JPG on a standard size 8.5x11" piece of cardstock, then carefully trim off the excess paper. (For 11x14" JPGs, ask your print vendor about their 'large format' printing options). ♥ Funeral/memorial poster boards: These are typically 18x24" or 24x36". Please read the item description (full text description section) to learn how these can be printed, and where.

My printer has asked for a print release. How do I get one?

Rarely do printers ask for a print release (permission to print), but if they do it's no problem! Simply let me know and I'll forward you an appropriate release.

It's time to celebrate a special anniversary! This printable gift can be for a 50th, 60th, 25th, or any milestone. It's well suited for the "golden anniversary". This design features the word "love" in a realistic looking gold foil treatment. Choose from the chalkboard/slate background or the white background in the drop-down menu. (The chalkboard background is an authentic looking, but subtle, slate chalkboard background, featuring chalkboard textures.)

If there are no grandchildren, you may provide another line to replace it. ie: "xxxx Hours of Compromise" or "6 Countries Visited", or whatever might suit. You may add one extra line (such as for great-grandchildren) if needed. As well, feel free to send any new words to replace "commitment", "amazing", etc., should you wish for it to read differently.

You receive a high resolution JPG file by email that will print beautifully (nothing is physically shipped to you, and the wood frame is for presentation purposes only). Print it at your favorite photo lab (Costco or Walgreens for example). Or print on smooth cardstock at print centers such as Office Depot or Staples (this is usually very cost effective). The file you receive is high resolution, crisp and clear, and will print beautifully.

♥ ORDERING

- Provide the first names of the couple
- Provide the wedding date
- Provide the number of children, grandchildren, etc.
- Indicate any wording changes, if needed
- Provide your email address. Your JPG file will be sent to your email address, usually within 24 hours! (Not providing an email address in your order notes will cause a delay in completing your order, since I will need to contact you to provide one and wait for your response.)

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the text/info you send is accurate. Should you request changes to your printable after receiving it as you ordered, you may incur a small design fee to cover the unexpected edits.
