I am sorry the shipping costs from France are so expensive.

I will ship by the lowest shipping rate available with La Poste and if I find that the cost of packaging and shipping is lower than estimated I will refund any overages. I am afraid these are few and far between now as I am estimating shipping much lower than the actual cost to me. Please convo me if you wish to combine postage otherwise I will readjust and refund you any shipping overages if they do occur.


(I ship most parcels via the International French Colissimo service, which includes tracking and a fast delivery time - normally 5-10 working days around the world. Please keep checking your tracking number so that you are aware of its progress. It is your responsibility to collect it at its destination. Small packets are sent by La Poste without tracking - delivery is normally 5-12 working days days. ( package compacted to 3 cm depth) If you would like tracking to be included please convo me before purchase and I can tell you the adjusted price.)

Please note unless you specifically ask for a tracking upgrade nothing is tracked when I ship from New Zealand from December until Mid March. The tracked shipping from NZ is over twice the cost of normal shipping at this time.

I make every effort to carefully package your item - in the unlikely event that your item arrives in damaged packaging or if you are unhappy with the condition in which you receive your parcel - please DO NOT OPEN IT. Either obtain a declaration/proof from the delivery person or take it, unopened, to your local post office. This will facilitate a claim - I also ask that you take a photo of the package and contents and email these to Me. The post office is unlikely to refund for damage without this.

I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or undelivered mail. Any item that is returned to me, in the same condition it was sent, due to the inability of the services to deliver will be refunded. The postage will not be refunded. If you wish the item to be be reshipped you will have to arrange to pay shipment.

Any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

If you wish me to take out insurance please convo me before your order has been placed and I will check the cost with the post office and tell you how much extra needs to be paid. In the meantime I will RESERVE the item for you for 24 hours after notification of cost.

I would hope that, in the unlikely event of any problems occurring, on either side of the transaction, it can be resolved politely, amicably and with understanding.
