⬜️ WALL PREPARATION

- We recommend eliminating unevenness on the wall by sanding it. - If your wall is freshly painted, it should wait at least 14 DAYS before wallpaper installation. It is necessary to remove old paint that may be peeling off the wall. - Clean the wall with a regular cloth soaked in warm water. DO NOT use any chemicals or soap to clean the wall. - Prime the dry and cleaned wall with a primer that is not oily. Using an oil-based primer will reduce the wallpaper's adhesion, causing it not to adhere well to the wall. - Along with the wallpaper, you will receive from us a comprehensive, simple, and user-friendly instruction on how to prepare the wall for installation and how to mount the wallpaper. Use it during the installation process.

🎨 LATEX PAINTS - WEAKER ADHESION FOR SELF-ADHESIVE WALLPAPERS

Avoid installing self-adhesive wallpapers on walls covered with latex paint and stain-resistant paints. The adhesion of self-adhesive wallpapers on these surfaces is significantly reduced, and there is a high probability that the wallpaper adhesive will not bond well with the wall, leading to peeling. An exception in this case is our special, dedicated material for challenging surfaces and rooms, which is the Strong Glue Vinyl material.

📃 I RECEIVED MY WALLPAPER, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Unpack your package and check its completeness. Verify if the number of panels matches your order, and inspect the wallpaper for any defects such as mechanical damage, printing errors, or incorrect dimensions. If there is anything wrong with your wallpaper, DO NOT install it. Instead, contact me and describe your issue. Photos of the wallpaper showcasing the encountered problem are welcome :) I will do my best to assist you as effectively and quickly as possible. If everything is fine with your wallpaper, follow the instructions provided with the wallpaper. Start reading the instructions from the "Before you install your wallpaper" section.

🔶 DAMAGED WALLPAPER?

If, during the inspection of the completeness of your order, you notice any wallpaper defects such as printing errors, mechanical damage, incomplete orders, or incorrect wallpaper size, please contact me immediately regarding this matter. In your message, please describe the problem in detail and attach photos so that I can better understand the issue. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible and to resolve your issue. Complaints related to mechanical damage, incorrect wallpaper size, missing wallpaper components, and printing errors will only be considered if the wallpaper is unused. In the case of these defects, under no circumstances install the wallpaper, as we will not be able to acknowledge the complaint.

📏 SIZES
Each wallpaper in my shop is printed especially for your order. There are six standard wallpaper sizes available in my shop and they are:

48 H x 39 W Inches / 122 cm x 100 cm
78 H x 39 W Inches / 200 cm x 100 cm
96 H x 39 W Inches / 244 cm x 100 cm
108 H x 39 W Inches / 274 cm x 100 cm
120 H x 39 W Inches / 305 cm x 100 cm
130 H x 39 W Inches / 330 cm x 100 cm

If your wall measurements don’t match these exactly, just round up to the next bigger size. For example, if your wall height is 100", choose the size with the closest higher height. If your wall is 100" wide, plan to buy enough rolls (each 39" wide) to cover that width - for example, 3 rolls would cover about 117" wide.

📄 MATERIALS
SELF-ADHESIVE (CANVAS, STUCCO)
Peel and stick material with various textures. Each name describes a specific texture - canvas or stucco. Matte finish. Can be repositioned during installation. An excellent choice for rooms such as the living room, bedroom, dining room, office, or hallway. Not suitable for installation on surfaces coated with paints containing high amounts of resin, such as latex, ceramic, etc., textured surfaces, or in areas with high humidity. Completely removable material.

NON-WOVEN (SMOOTH, CANVAS, CONCRETE)
Traditional non-woven wallpaper with various textures - smooth, canvas, and concrete. Matte finish. Suitable for installation on flat surfaces, including rooms with increased humidity*. Adhesive is required for installation, which you can purchase separately in our store. The link to the listing is provided below.
*For rooms with high humidity (e.g., bathrooms with bathtubs), a specialized adhesive is required.

🧧 SAMPLE PACK
If you wish, you can purchase a sample set of materials in my shop. The available samples measure 8.27" x 11.69" (21 cm x 29.7 cm). When you order the sample pack, you will receive two sheets of your selected pattern: one displaying the pattern at its true scale, and the other in a reduced size to showcase the full range of colors. Additionally, the set includes samples of the other available materials, which are printed with a different special design.
Remember, if the scale of the pattern doesn't suit you, we can always adjust it for you!

*To see the true colors of the pattern on the material, we recommend purchasing a wallpaper sample first.
*Please note that the colors you see may vary depending on the display you are using.
*Before buying wallpaper, make sure that the material you want to buy is suitable for installation on your wall. This information is provided in the Materials section - complaints from the wrong choice of material by the customer will be rejected.
*Keep in mind that the exact size of the pattern you will receive from us may differ slightly from the one you see in the illustrative photos. If you contact us about a specific pattern size, then the pattern will be exactly what you want.
*Please note that we are not responsible and have no influence on import duties or local taxes. We cover the shipping cost of your order, but we do not cover any customs fees - these are the responsibility of the recipient. If you want to make sure whether you will have to pay any of these, please contact your local customs office (this also applies to the UK and the USA).
