Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of lactation products and customs regulations, we do not ship outside of the United States. However, if you have a friend traveling from the U.S. to your country, they may purchase the products as a gift and hand-deliver them to you. Cookies, smoothie mixes, cocoa & mocha beverages are good without refrigeration for up to 10 days if stored in a cool/dry environment. Products can be frozen for up to 6 months to maintain freshness.

ABSOLUTELY! All of our products are "pumped" with healthy ingredients that are rich in healthy nutrients and vitamins, including Vitamin B, omega-3's, fiber, and healthy fats. We promise that neither your kids nor your husband will begin to lactate :) (but if that ever happens, let us know and we'll share the rewards for a scientific discovery and accomplishment - kidding, obviously. ) Also, if your friends and family like the cookies, but don't care for their milk-boosting qualities, we can certainly mail you a batch without the galactagogues (milk boosters), just send us a note!

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, they cannot be insured. We take great care in packaging to make sure that our products arrive safe and in the best possible condition. If your package is lost/delayed or damaged after receiving, please notify me immediately so that we can help you file a claim with the post office. We can always include a signature upon receipt for an additional fee of $2.45.

If you are currently not consuming other lactation products, we suggest you consume 2-5 cookies per day for the first 2 days to help boost your milk supply. It would also be very helpful to power-pump during this time or two squeeze in an additional 2 nursing sessions. Going forward, eat 1-3 cookies per day to maintain a healthy supply.

Every mother's body is different and results cannot be guaranteed.
Most moms notice an increase in their milk supply after a few days. Remember to drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of skin to skin, and pump/nurse every 2-4 hours.

Lactation Cookies work best when paired with other lactation products, such as Lactation Tea, Lactation Smoothie, Lactation Hot Cocoa, or Lactation Ice Mocha.

- Lactation Cookies, Smoothie Mixes, Cocoa/Mocha Blends are good without refrigeration for up to 10 days, if kept in dry climate at room temperature. If you live in a humid climate, consider refrigerating these products for up to 2 weeks. Products can be frozen for up to 6 months.

- Lactation Tea is good for up to a year if stored at room temperature in dry climate. Tea will begin to loose its potency after 3 months of package opening and will begin to produce a weaker effect.

- Cookie Mixes - Prepare within 10 days of shipment or freeze for up to 6 months.

DAIRY/LACTOSE:
All of our products are Dairy/Lactose Free.

NUTS:
Nuts are present in many of our lactation cookies. All cookie varieties can be made without nuts in the ingredients, however we are not working in a nut-free facility.

GLUTEN/WHEAT
Most baked goods can be made without gluten or wheat. Ingredients that are naturally gluten-free may have been processed on the same equipment as those containing gluten.

EGGS:
All cookies are available egg-free. Teas and lactation beverages do not contain eggs.

SUGAR:
All baked goods have sugar and honey among the ingredients. Sugar can be substituted with Stevia sweetener.

Because all products are baked/blended fresh to order, cancellations for full refunds will only be given if your order has not yet been baked/blended and shipped. Our policy states that you may cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing it. However, if you realize you need to make changes to your order and it has been more than 2 hours, do reach out to us. If we haven't filled your order yet, we MAY offer an exceptional cancellation, but we'll always do our best to work with all reasonable requests and take great pride in excellent customer service!

While wholesale pricing is not available via our Etsy store, we do work with several outlets that purchase our products in bulk. Please contact us to request pricing for quantities greater than 20.

If you are pregnant and NOT currently breastfeeding, lactation products will NOT make your milk come in prematurely, but lactation is a natural hormonal process, that should be left to nature.

Additionally, one of the main ingredients of most lactation boosting products is FENUGREEK, which should be avoided during pregnancy, as in some extremely rare cases it can induce labor and can cause contractions in the uterus. There are some historical cases however, where pregnant women with gestational diabetes took fenugreek to help lower their blood sugar. So, if you’re planning on consuming anything with fenugreek in it, please contact your doctor first.
