I placed my order on May 26th. Turn around time stated 2-3 weeks. My order shipped July 9th.

Hello Ana - First & foremost, I would like to apologize for the delays in order fulfillment. Every order is getting fulfilled. There is no order that is not. There had been delays in shipping. We asked for patience during these unprecedented times. In working with our domestic print partner, there was a surge of orders that flooded operations & fulfillment. Orders with double-sided designs were the ones most greatly affected. It was these orders and a few others that were sent overseas, where capacity was available. Currently ALL orders are printed being brought back to the US. Every order is custom printed when ordered. The shipping delays were unforeseen & unpredictable. COVID has been a disaster to families and businesses. We are returning to normalcy as operations become fine tuned with safety first.
