When will my item ship

Your wreath arrangement should be used indoors or outdoors in a protected location only. This means that you should display it somewhere that it will be protected from the elements (under a covered porch) I suggest hanging your wreath where it will be protected from rain and direct sunlight. Save your shipping box for storage! When your item is not in use, you can store boxed, in a climate controlled area. You can clean your item, use a dry paint brush to clean off any areas which may require dusting. """Never use water or any type of liquid on your arrangement."""

If my package is lost / damage or delay in mail ?

If delivery confirmation says your item was delivered to you, yet you do not receive it I can assist you in filing a lost/stolen claim with the USPS however I can not be responsible for the lost /stolen / delayed package and I can NOT provide a refund. We are not responsible for any fees associated with package re-routing if you accidentally provide the incorrect address. Also the shipping cost is NO REFUNDABLE Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS

Can I have custom request ?

Yes, we love to custom your order We can change any color of flower and ribbon, size and wreath shape. Please contact us with your request. NOTE TO SELLER is a helpful tool for this. When will I receive my wreath?

I AM WORKING ALONE, COMMUNICATE WITH ME IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF ISSUE. Should there be an issue please communicate with me first. ""Estimated Time of Arrival "" after you place an order ,is 5-6 weeks for Priority Mail This is the time that you should expect to receive your wreath from the time you placed your order. You will receive an email along with your tracking number as soon as your order ship. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated delivery date. *Once a package is shipped sellers are not responsible* Delivery dates are an estimate only, and don't come with a money-back guarantee. For order shipping to HI, AK, PR, APO and FPO's additional shipping fees may apply . We will contact you for extra shipping cost .

Dose the wreath come with Monogram or Sign?

Adding a monogram / sign to your wreath is an optional feature. You can purchase a wreath with or without a monogram. The price changes based on your selection WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

No, wreath hangers need to be purchased separately.

If my product is damage in traffic?

*** PLEASE NOTE: I will pack your order with care but understand that your package is out of my control once it leaves my shop for transit. Please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment, and damages. All packages came with $ 100 insurance. I will assist you with, but I will NOT refund the cost if is lost or damage due to transportation.
