💖 UK orders ship with free Royal Mail 2nd class (untracked) and delivery is usually 3-5 days after dispatch.

💖 International orders ship with Royal Mail International (untracked) and delivery is usually 5-21 days after dispatch.

Shipping upgrades are available (please note shipping upgrades still include the normal turnaround).

Weekends and bank holidays are not included in any of these timeframes.

Advertised delivery dates are just estimates and sometimes postal delays do happen, I always strongly advise ordering well in advance of any special dates or occasions.

If you need your banner for a specific occasion or date please get in touch via Etsy convo prior to ordering and I will confirm whether this is possible. I always do my best to accommodate these requests.

Almost all of the time your order will arrive within the timescales provided, unfortunately sometimes orders can get delayed or lost in the post.

If you are in the UK and your order hasn't arrived, please allow 10 working days then get in touch.

If you are in Europe, the US, Canada, Australia or the rest of the world, please allow 28 working days then get in touch (your order may be caught up in customs or subject to postal delays).

It usually doesn't take nearly this long but unless you use a tracked service the postage timeframes are only an estimate.

Please be aware that the product you choose may vary slightly in real life to what you see on screen; different devices (laptop, iphone, pc etc) show colour differently.

General care instructions for our products:

- Wood, Card & Mirror acrylic products are perfect for indoor use, they can be used outdoors but they are not weather-proof so they should only be used for a short time outside in dry conditions.

- All other acrylic products can be used outdoors, they are weather-proof.

- Card & Wood products can curl/warp if used in overly hot, cold, humid or damp conditions.

- Avoid keeping products in direct sunlight, it may cause them to fade.
