STANDARD Unless otherwise noted, all pins are standard grade. This means they're free of all major defects and most minor ones. Note that standard grade pins *may* still exhibit minor, superficial imperfections (such as stray specks of glitter, tiny bubbles or dents in enamel or epoxy, small scratches, etc.). I'm pretty picky about my pins, and I won't sell anything as standard grade that I wouldn't happily buy myself. SECONDS Seconds pins are listed as B and C grades. B grades have slightly larger imperfections or multiple small ones. These pins still look great; most of the defects aren't noticeable except on fairly close inspection. C grades have more serious defects. We think they're still lovable and offer them at a deep discount.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they enter the correct shipping address. If you realize that the address is incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible! If an item is returned to shop and must be resent due to an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for the additional shipping and processing fees.

Most of our pins are made from iron or zinc alloy. We do not guarantee that they are nickel-free or hypoallergenic.

The pin is crisp and legible and pleasant to look at, which is enough to make wearing it a pleasure; but in addition to that, the customer service is truly first-class. I placed my order during a sale, then realised I'd forgotten something, and the shop owner was kind enough to immediately make it so I didn't have to pay double shipping. I left a note complimenting the original rainbow colourway of this pin and she included a b-grade of it for free even though it wasn't officially available at the time. Love, love, love them both. Please feel excellent about supporting this seller!
