I wanted to write a review to let you know how wonderful Irena was with my purchase and my problem. I ordered 12 boutonnieres on Oct. 2, 2019 for my daughters wedding on Nov. 24th, 2019 and Irena shipped them out on Oct. 7th but unfortunately I have yet to receive them. For some reason, at no fault of Irena ,my package shows it has been in a facility in New York since Oct. 25th. I kept in contact with Irena to let her know what was going on and we both have made inquiries with the postal service to find my package. Anyway, I had to scramble and ended up making the boutonnieres myself but wanted to say how much I appreciate Irena for staying in contact with me through this process and for issuing me a full refund on my purchase! I would not hesitate to order from her again.
