No, I do not offer printing services for any of my items. My shop is just for digital files only. I do my own printing at Staples or sometimes an online printing website. There are other office supply stores that offer printing services, please check local office supply stores.

Yes, I do custom orders sometimes. I do charge extra money to do a custom order. The price depends on how much work is involved in designing the piece.

NO, my entire shop is digital Instant download files, after your payment is processed with Etsy you can retrieve your file/files under your account under purchases. Or you will see a link after your payment is confirmed.

Etsy has set up its website for shop owners to list digital items as instant downloads. I am able to upload a ready-made file/files onto the Etsy website and that is all I have to do. Etsy does all the work for me. I usually don't see those orders as they go into a completed order folder within my shop. I never see any comments to seller on those orders either. A customer can order the listing and retrieve the file as soon as their payment clears thru Etsy. You will find the file under your account, under purchases and it is there you should see a link to save to your computer. I believe Etsy sends you a email also.

I charge extra for personalizing any file. If you see a listing which is an instant download please contact me first if you want to personalize that item. I will make a special listing for you to purchase that has the extra charge. I will customize the file for you and then email the file to you.

Yes, I am often asked to do something different or special to a file. Either change the color, rearrange the wording, add two names, etc.
I can usually do anything as I design all of my items.
My Etsy shop is a money making business and I ask that you pay before I do any of the work. It's that old quote - Time is money
In the past I did a few requests/samples without the money first and then the person never ordered. So sorry folks, if I spend the time on something I want to be paid.

My shop is instant download so turn around time is instant after your payment clears thru Etsy. I do personalize and that turn around time is 24 to 48 hours. I do not work on Sundays or major holidays. I usually post my out of town and vacation days within my shop info. section.
I start work on my Etsy shop every morning. I answer questions and do personalized order request at that time. Please remember I live in Texas, USA and our time zones may be different.
