What is your return policy?

Items that are seasonal (Halloween, Election, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc) cannot be returned after the date has passed. Items can be returned if they are still in new condition which means unwashed, unworn, internal tags attached and free of any pet hair, smoke smell, etc. There is a 20% restocking fee deducted from the item's refund, but it may be waived in some cases if doing an exchange. Please message me for the full return/exchange information before sending an item back!

Cancellations & Address Updates: Please reach out immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order, once production is started orders can't be cancelled or changed.

Returns & Exchanges:
Contact me via Etsy messages within 5 days of receiving and ship the item back within 7 days.
-No returns, only exchanges.
-Exchanges are allowed except for customized/personalized items and can be exchanged for any other comparable item in my shop. Please message me for address and exchange instructions! Buyer is responsible for return postage except in cases of defect. There is no restocking fee, but the outgoing shipping cost is deducted from the refund of the original item.
-Items returned that are worn/washed or smell like pets/smoke/etc will not be eligible for full refund. Item must be able to be re-sold for full refund to be issued.
