Processing Times: Please refer to the side panel on each listing for up-to-date processing times as well as the shop announcement banner on my shop homepage (etsy.com/shop/saguarothreads). If there are delays from normal processing times it will be noted on my shop homepage!

Shipping: Please refer to the shipping methods at checkout for the most accurate estimates. Typically standard shipping is 3-5 business days (but can be up to 7) and Priority is 2-3 business days. 
Sizing: Most items are available in both Unisex and Women’s sizing, the size charts have measurements of the shirts you can compare to something you already own that fits well!

Fiber Content: Shirts are the Bella Canvas brand and the fiber content depends on the color. Solid colors (non-Heather) are 100% cotton and Heather shirts are a 52/48 Cotton/Poly blend (except Light Gray Heather which is a 90/10 blend).

Cancellations: Please reach out immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order, once production is started orders can't be cancelled or changed.

Address Changes: To ensure an order is shipped correctly, in order to update an address a new order will need to be placed and the original will be cancelled. Etsy does not allow sellers to change the address showing on an order, please verify your address is correct prior to placing the order!

Returns & Exchanges: 
Contact me via Etsy messages within 5 days of receiving and ship the item back within 7 days.
-Exchanges & returns are allowed except for customized/personalized items.
-A 20% restocking fee applies to returns (but waived for exchanges).
-Buyer is responsible for return postage except in cases of defect. If returning for a refund I can provide a prepaid label that is deducted from the refund. This is typically cheaper than the retail rate at the post office! -Items returned that are worn/washed or smell like pets/smoke/etc will not be eligible for full refund. Item must be able to be re-sold for full refund to be issued.
