Cancellations and Returns

We do not offer cancellations or returns at this time, however if your sign arrives damaged we would of course make it right. Please send us three pictures of the damages in a message and we will take care of it immediately.

Slight Sign Differences

Because each piece of wood is unique in it own way with grain, knots, flaws etc...Each sign will vary in some small way. The overall picture and words will all look the same, but we do not try to take away from the natural beauty of the wood. We also lightly sand and stain our signs after painting to give it the rustic look and feel. We hope that you will love your sign for years to come, or if you give it as a gift, your special someone will absolutely LOVE it as well.
