Orders sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail. Orders should arrive within 2-5 working days. Some delays may be experienced and some orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

International orders are either sent tracked or standard delivery - the customer selects this at the checkout. Shipping takes approx. 5-30 working days.

Please remember all arrival dates are estimates and NOT guaranteed.

If your destination is not listed please get in touch as we can ship to most countries.

Refunds or replacements for orders that haven’t arrived will only be considered after a period of at least 13 working days (UK), and 30 working days (International) after your order was dispatched. Working days DO NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please only message us to let us know that your order has not arrived once these time frames have expired as there is nothing we can do prior to this.

Requests for refunds or replacements will not be valid if the order was shipped more than 2 months ago (International) or 1 month (UK).

- Items damaged in transit will only be considered for replacement or refund if photographic evidence of the damaged item and it's original packaging is provided. This must be provided within 1 day of delivery, as this is a requirement of our postal service.
- We cannot replace or refund items without this evidence.
- Refunds or replacements may only be guaranteed if the fault is that of the postal company.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order and then post the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order including the date you received it. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from your shipping provider for the return package, as we cannot give refunds if the returned package has gone missing in the post. In this instance it will be your responsibility to make a claim with your shipping provider.

All post and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded. Once the item has been received and inspected (see below) a refund of the item cost alone will be made.

Please post the item back to us in the original condition and with adequate packaging, the returned item must be in the same condition as it was sent out and any items received that have been used or damaged will not be refunded. Once received and inspected please allow 5 working days for the refund to be made.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
