How quickly will my order ship?

All of our shipping and processing times are accurately displayed below the listing description. All of our items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority. We work very hard to get all of our orders out in a timely manner. However, once USPS has possession of the package the shipping transit times are out of our control. Each order will have a tracking number for the most accurate delivery times.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Once the order is placed, if an incorrect shipping address was given, please message us ASAP to have this corrected. We cannot change a shipping address once the item has shipped. GME Paper is also not responsible for items being shipped to an incorrect address.

How do I request a proof?

All proofs can be requested within the personalization section of the order. If a proof is requested, please monitor your Etsy messages to be able to approve the proof in a timely manner. If a proof is not approved within 48 hours of it being sent, the order will be processed as ordered.

How do I preview a font prior to purchase?

Within each listing is a link within the listing description to a font previewer. This previewer allows you to type in the name or word(s) and see what it looks like in that font. Some listings do have a font chart within the listing photos as well. If there is something about the font you wish to change please reach out prior to ordering to discuss changes. GME Paper is not responsible for replacing any printed and/or shipped items due to font dislike. We provide font charts, a font previewer, and free proofs to all of our customers. If these services are not utilized prior to the cards being printed the customer will be required to re-purchase the printed materials to resolve the font issue.
