It was NOT the seller's fault that UPS Poland held my bag for about a month. Once I received it, I felt very pleased with it! I had a faux leather design like this that I trialed for a couple of years before deciding to go with genuine leather version. The real leather is slightly heavier and definitely sturdier. The texture of the leather is strong enough to hold everything I need. Very nice and roomy for travel. Heirloom quality! Several compliments! Great customer service integrity!
