What is the shop payment policy?

Payment is usually due immediately but layaway is also available for item or items over $250. Basic Terms: ~30% down payment – non-refundable to hold the item ~You can choose payment frequency up to 4 months for the balance ~The item will be shipped once paid in full. ~There is a 4% additional charge for layaway items (Paypal charges etc.) Payment: ~After the initial 30% down payment you are able to make more payments on the remaining purchase amount depending on the custom payment plan agreed upon. ~I will bill you via Paypal. ~You are always able to make a bigger payment than is scheduled ~Should you wish to use the layaway plan, please contact me before the purchase ~The items purchased with payment plan can't be returned

What are your shop's shipping policies?

Within Canada and the United State, I will ship via Canada Post/USPS Expedited which takes between 4 to 7 days. If you want a faster service, please inquire. For US Customers Only - depending on size of the package I am given the option of shipping via small parcel post at a lower cost. If this option is chosen I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged - please convo if interested. Not available for Canadian customers. International Customers Only - I ship only within North America except for items indicated as"FREE SHIPPING EVERYWHERE". If interested in an item, please convo. FOR ITEMS I OFFER FREE SHIPPING, I ship via regular mail and items can take a bit longer to reach you. For International customers-6 to 8 weeks.

What are shop processing times?

All orders will ship in no more than 3 days from the date of purchase except for large items such as bar carts and furniture. They are not pre-packaged and I need time to pack and create assembly instructions, if necessary. I ship 3 times a week, in order to keep costs low. If at any time you need the item fast, please let me know by messaging me so that I could ship next day. For items that ship free, I might have to charge a norminal amount in order to get it to you faster.

What is shop refund policy?

If there is any concern with your purchase, PLEASE contact me for resolution PRIOR to leaving any feedback. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless items were grossly misinterpreted. Please contact within three business days of receipt of package and we will work with you to make things right. Buyers are responsible for return postage and must be shipped by the same method of postage and with careful packing,as received. Items are described to the best of our ability and are in used vintage condition,or were previously owned unless otherwise stated. Please review descriptions (especially measurements), inspect all the photos before you make a selection. Ask questions and additional pictures can also be made available.

Your opinion matters to me and to other customers, so I’d be really appreciative if you take a few moments to review your experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please let me know before you leave a review so that I could work fairly and expeditiously to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.

Origin: Items are shipped from Montreal in clean "RECYCLED" boxes and packing material i.e. tissue paper, foam wrap, corrugation and often bubble wrap and peanuts. The peanuts are made of corn, wheat and potato starch and are 100% biodegradable. Wrapping: I'm happy to wrap items a particular way if requested -- I'd prefer a convo about this rather than in the "note to seller" as most often shipping costs might be slightly higher than quoted especially for jewelry items. If you receive a broken item, please contact me within 3 days and take pictures of item and packaging and retain packaging and item until the matter is resolved with insurance and/or the courier company.

A fabulous floral sheaf spray brooch and clip-on climber earrings set in delicious colors. Aurora Borealis chatons and marquise in a stunning spray. All the stones are prong set. The two dimensional brooch and earrings reflects pinks, gold, blue and butter yellow. Rhodium plated setting.

A fabulous brooch and earring set possibly by Sherman. Though unsigned it is reminiscent of Sherman style, quality and craftsmanship.

Gustave Sherman is Canada’s most renowned costume jewellery designer!

In excellent condition.
