The items I am selling are used and vintage or antique. As such, many of them will have age-related wear. Notable damages will be mentioned in the description and/or photographs. It is the buyer's responsibility to look at the accompanying photos and read the description of the item. Please assume that all items may contain minor wear.

I have estimated the age of these items to the best of my ability, using their style, tags, and/or production marks to make an educated estimate. Occasionally, I will be wrong. As such, please look carefully at the pictures included before deciding if you wish to purchase an item. If you have questions about the age of an object, please contact me.

I am not responsible for any customs fees or issues with customs, and have no way of knowing how much customs fees will be. Please make sure that the goods you are purchasing are able to be imported to your country before buying.

If you are using a second-party freight service to reduce international shipping costs, my responsibility for the item ends once the item reaches the freight company. I am not responsible for any damages or loss that may result from using such a service.

Even orders marked as gifts will be listed as merchandise on the customs form, with the exact item cost. I am not permitted to write a lower cost or label orders as gifts on the customs forms.

Any props, models, or reference pieces used in listings are not included with the item. In my listing, I will state explicitly what item I am selling and the quantity that is being sold. Please make sure that you read the description of every item before purchasing. Please message me if you have any questions.

Please be aware that all the items in my shop are vintage, and many are of unknown providence, material, and metal content. Antiques can contain heavy metals like lead and cadmium, or be decorated with radium paint. I advise that antique metal and/or painted plates, dishes, containers, etc. be used for decoration only and not to hold food products. Small pieces and beads can present a choking hazard, and should not be worn by children. As well, please be aware that some plastics are highly flammable, and that vintage plastic jewelry should be kept away from heat sources. I am not responsible for any harm or damages that may result from use of my products.

I am not a certified jeweler or expert. I identify the age, source, style, and material of my wares to the best of my ability. If I suspect an unmarked item is gold or silver, I will usually test it, unless I am worried that it will damage the object. I will note in the description if it tests positive for precious metals.

Please do not automatically assume that an item described as being "silver" in color means that it contains silver; often, I will use the word "silver" in my listing titles to describe silver-tone metals. For precious metals, I will note if it is pure silver or a silver alloy in the description and/or title. Likewise with gold. If you have questions, please reach out to me.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made using the same or an equivalent service as the one I used to ship the orders. For example, if I insure a package and use signature confirmation, the buyer must use these services in turn for returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a package is safely returned. To receive a refund, the item must arrive in its original condition.

Please be aware, domestic orders over a certain value threshold may be sent with complimentary signature confirmation. Domestic orders over $100 will be fully insured.

I am not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur once the item is mailed. International orders may be affected by flight cancellations or delays going through customs. Please note that I have a processing time.
