Where do I download my files?

You can find your download links in your "Purchases and reviews" area, to get there, click on your profile photo here on Etsy (top right corner) and a drop down menu will appear, click on Purchases and Reviews, that will take you to the page where you'll see everything you've purchased and for digital files, you'll find a download link.

Where is my item? Why I haven't recieved it yet?

Well, every product in this store is digital, so, you won't receive any physical items, just the links for you to download digital files.

I've purchased a collection and got a few files instead of many, what's wrong?

In some products, we had to add a TXT file with download links from Dropbox and Google Drive for you to download the rest of the files because of the size of the collection. Etsy allows 5 zips with less than 20 megas in each file, sometimes it's just not enough. Check your zips and it should be the TXT file there with the instructions.

Does this product work in this design software?

All of the products can be used with the most popular design software. You just have to check if the program allows you to work with layers. And, if you are trying to use JPG files, make sure that also lets you change the blending mode of that layer. Most of the JPG files need you to change it to SCREEN, LIGHTEN, OVERLAY or MULTIPLY blending modes.

If I used GR8 Overlays' products to make a design or image, can I sell that final product?

Yes of course! you can sell your work as many times you want!! The only condition is not to sell as is, you can't resell or share the original files or part of them as digital overlays as your own. That would need a special permit.
