We try our best to ensure the colours shown in photos are as close to real life as possible. However, actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

If you need an order sooner, please get in touch PRIOR to ordering to see if we can accommodate. Ordering and making a note on the order at checkout will not rush your order through as we only see these notes when we come to process the order - which is usually too late.

Unfortunately we cannot change your delivery address after your order has been placed. But if you contact us immediately after placing your order we can cancel it for you to re-order using the correct address. *Please note we cannot cancel an order that we have began processing*

Yes we ship worldwide. Delivery charges and shipping times vary for each country & is item dependant on which courier we use to ship your order. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping times due to custom regulations.

1. We have replaced bubble wrap and plastic air pockets (where possible) with paper shredding from the offices in the nearby area including the small amount of paper shredding we produce. Any bubble wrap we do use is recycled from packages ourselves & family members have received.

2. All our cardboard box packaging is from a responsible source & FSC certified

3. We don’t include order notes to reduce paper and printing waste

4. We source all of our wood sheets locally & order supplies/stock items in bulk to reduce the carbon emissions in delivering these goods.

5. We use scrap and off cut pieces of material to produce low cost products in which we sell and donate all proceeds to local charities.
