Corjl is a free and easy to use online editing platform where customers can personalise their own digital products within their web browser on their computer or mobile device. With Corjl, there is no software or fonts to download and no waiting for digital items or personalised product proofs. Your order number and a link to access your template is delivered to your email within minutes once your Etsy payment has processed. What can I edit on Corjl?

Can I try before I buy?

Yes, absolutely! Refer to the item details in the listing and click on the demo link. All the editing features in the demo will be exactly the same as the purchased version, except you will not be able to save or download the template in the demo. *Corjl templates only

Do I need to download Software or Fonts?

Nope! If you purchase a template you do not need anything other than a computer/mobile device with internet. Corjl is an editing app that works from your web browser. No software to download! If you purchase a Microsoft Word template then you will need Microsoft Word installed on your computer and to download our recommend free fonts.

Do you offer customisation?

All our templates are editable, so you are able to customise your invitations yourself instantly without our help. However, some of our designs have an option to purchase an add-on where we can log in and make edits on your behalf.

How fast can I get a digital template after my purchase?

FOR CORJL ORDERS: Within minutes after your purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl with your access link. Simply click on the access link, create a new Corjl account and start editing. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email. If you are still having problems, simply contact us and we will re-send you the link. FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS: Once payment has been made you will be promoted to instantly download your products. If you do not get a prompt, simply go to "Purchases and reviews" under your profile and download the files here.

Do my templates expire and is there a download limit?

Microsoft Word files and PDF templates do not expire and there are no download limits. Templates edited with Corjl: Yes. To eliminate the misuse of our templates, once purchased you will be granted access to the template for 90 days. Further to this, all editable template purchases have a maximum file download limit of 10. You can edit the template as many times as you need. Please download only after saving your final revisions and you are ready to print your files. If you believe you require additional downloads, please contact us with details and we will consider if we can accommodate your request or you will require an additional purchase. In most cases we will be happy to give you more time to complete your stationery.

Downloaded files from my mobile device and my files low resolution, why?

Mobile device providers tend to condense/reduce attachments/files sizes. This may be due to the storage space on the devices and as such may cause issues when trying to upload to an online printing vendor as the file may no longer be the original 300DPI file size required by online printing vendors. This doesn't happen very often and depends on the phone you have. We recommend downloading and uploading the file(s) from a computer to eliminate this issue.

• We recommend using high quality cardstock for best results in 175gsm / 65lb weight. For smaller flowers (30cm / 12” or under) you can also use lighter weight card (120gsm / 45lb).
