What customization options are available?

Each light fixture we produce is one-of-a-kind and tailored to your specifications. Therefore, we offer customization options such as choosing the ceiling plate shape/size/finish, number of pendants, glass colors and color mix type, the total length of wires and layout of pendants. We collaborate with you to personalize your lighting and ensure that you receive the ideal light fixture for your needs and space.

Are your light fixtures compatible with the electrical systems in the USA/ Canada/ Europe/my country?

Yes, our light fixtures are compatible with all electrical systems as we custom make them according to the electrical system of your shipping address. Moreover, our lights are UL and CSA approved, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.

How can I determine the appropriate number of pendants and canopy size for my chandelier lighting?

You don't need to figure this out alone - our experts are here to assist you! We will work with you to design the ideal lighting fixture for your space. One way is to use our customizing tools and information and plan the light fixture by yourself and submit the order. The second option is to get our free customizing service. When you reach out to us, we will gather information about your space and skillfully design a glass pendant light that perfectly complements your home, as if our designer were personally present. Our level of expertise ensures a truly tailored solution for your lighting needs.

Can a light fixture be designed to accommodate my sloped/peaked/beam ceiling?

Certainly! We can cater to all types of ceilings with our designs. Simply provide us with your ceiling specifics and we will walk you through the required measurements. We have an array of solutions to offer, and we will plan the light fixture to align with your unique space and specific needs.

How can I begin the process of customization?

Each of our light fixtures can be personalized to perfectly fit your space and meet your budget. You have the flexibility to customize the number of individual lights, the color mix of the glass, the length of the hanging wires, and even the finish of the ceiling mount. To start your custom order, please get in touch with us, providing your space specifications. It would be beneficial if you can share the dimensions of your space, the ceiling height, and your preferred color palette. To assist us in visualizing your space, we would appreciate it if you could also send a picture. We'll then guide you to the most suitable lighting solution.

Can I mix different glass colors? Will it affect the price

Absolutely, you're free to mix as many glass colors as you wish. All our glasses are hand-colored, and they are all priced the same. So, mixing colors will not alter the price of your custom light fixture.

Do I get the wires fix for my ceiling high? Are the wires adjustable?

Yes, we take all highs needed from you. Plan the highest pendant and the lowest pendant heights, approve this with you and create the fixture according to this. The wires are adjustable in case you want to change it in the future or for any other reason

What kind of information should I provide to facilitate the design of the light fixture?

Please share any relevant dimensions, ceiling height, and if possible, a drawing/blueprint or picture/rendering of the area. If you're considering lighting for a dining area, we will also need the dimensions of your table. With this information, we can propose the most suitable size and quantity of fixtures for your space. In our product listings, you'll find a range of popular options for measurements and prices available in the drop-down menu. While these options are not exhaustive, they will give you an idea of our capabilities and the potential for further customizations.

Will the wires be tailored to fit my ceiling height? Can they be adjusted?

Indeed, we customize the wires based on your specific ceiling height. We plan the lengths of the highest and lowest pendant wires, confirm the measurements with you, and then create your fixture accordingly. Plus, the wires are adjustable, giving you the flexibility to modify their lengths in the future if required, or for any other reason.

What is the maximum ceiling height you can accommodate?

We can accommodate ceiling heights up to 40ft. However, please be aware that additional costs may apply for these taller ceilings.

The chandelier came in heavy packing. It looks great. However, some of the glass just didn't fit/hang like it was supposed to no matter what we tried. Some of them showed gaps between the glass plates. The chadelier looks awsome

We absolutely love the custom chandelier! It fills the space beautifully. It looks amazing looking up at it from the kitchen, looking at it from the balcony above the kitchen and from outside looking in through the windows. It looks stunning at night when the lights are on and equally stunning during the day when the lights are off. This is exactly what we were looking for.

This chandelier was incredibly well packaged. There were a couple of dents on one of the shipping boxes (came in 2), but the contents was undamaged! I inspected each and every single piece and am VERY HAPPY to say there was not a single chip or crack. Yay! I chose 3 shades of grey & white pendants (21 total) with a matte black canopy and it looks AMAZING in my entryway. It is very elegant in person! The hanging wires are very strong and the glass pieces are thick yet delicate. The pic does not do it justice! I would have loved to add more pics but 1 was the limit. Thanks very much to Miri for labeling the preassembled hanging wires, as I had no idea how I was going to arrange them. I highly recommend ShimaleLightArt if you are looking for a beautiful statement piece for your home. It is totally worth it!
