3. Eligibility for Exchange: In order to qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must satisfy the following conditions:
The item should be unused and unworn. The shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
The item should be in its original and undamaged packaging, securely placed in its original box, and properly protected.
We accept returns for exchange only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
4. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new product of the exchange.
5. Addressing Malfunctions: Should a manufacturing malfunction occur, we will either correct the problem or provide a replacement item for you.
