I do have both cats and dogs. They are not allowed in my crafting area but if you have concerns please contact me.

I will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. The buyer must provide pictures of both the damaged item and packaging. Please keep the packaging until the insurance provider deems it unnecessary. USPS requires the buyer to hold the packaging and item. An affidavit may need to be signed in the event of non delivery or damage. Please understand that this may need to be done. Failure to comply with 3rd party insurance/USPS requirements may negate a refund. I will also walk you through the process if damage has taken place, you will never have to navigate the process alone.

All of my brass stampings are available to be plated in gold. There is a 144 piece minimum as well as plating costs. A 50% non refundable deposit is also require. Please send requests through the item page desired.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped using USPS first class mail unless you select an upgrade during checkout or work with me to use a different carrier. All shipping overages (greater than $2) will be refunded after factoring fees, packaging, label costs and if the order is over $250 insurance.

None of my items are lacquered. Antiqued brass and raw brass are solid brass unless they are castings. Antiqued silver plating is sterling silver. Plated items are not intended to be bent, plating can crack if misused. I will not accept returns on items that you damage. All castings are plated.

Gift wrapping and packaging

This is strictly for less cello bags and having your items packed in bulk and still packaged to ensure no damage during transit. This ideal for those with limited strength and dexterity in their hands. This is not intended to send as a gift, if you would like that I can gladly set a listing up for that with an additional fee.
