Can I return any items that I buy in this shop?

Yes, We gladly accept returns. But the buyer has to buy something in exchange of this item from Nemali Jewelry. The value of the selected item should be equal or higher than the value of returning item. The seller will ask the buyer to pay for the excess amount in case of exchange. For any returns or exchange items the buyer has to bear the shipping charges. **Other Conditions apply.

Is there any time period within which i have to return?

Yes. In case the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase, then the buyer needs to send a message to the seller within 3 days of delivery. And return the item immediately within 7 days of delivery. Ex: If you receive the item on 21st August, message Nemali jewelry by 23rd Aug about return and return the item by 27th August. ** ANY RETURNS LATER THAN THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. And your amount will NOT be refunded.

How about shipping charges in case to returns?

In case of returns, for any given reason, Since the seller paid for the shipping ( Free shipping) on all items, The buyer has to bear the expense of shipping it back to the seller.

What happens if the buyer provides wrong or old address when the order is placed?

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. If the buyer provides the wrong shipping address then he/she must pay shipping and handling charges to re-sent the item back to the buyer. Usually, around $5 will be charged to send it back for domestic standard First class shipping within the US.

Will there be a reduction in my refund amount.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer held is responsible for not packing it in the original condition. There will be a reduction in the refund amount.
