Order processing time for all items is 1-2 working days, unless other stated in the listing. All orders are shipped from the UK.

All items are packed in the damp-proof plastic bags and posted in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on the size of your order.

Please check the contents of your parcel as soon as you receive it. If you discover that some items are missing or you received some wrong items, please get in touch asap, we will double check the contents of your parcel. You will be given either a refund/replacement for the missing/wrong items, or they will be posted to you on the next dispatch day at no extra cost.

If your parcel arrives damaged, reject the delivery and notify the postman about the reason for rejection. If you accepted the delivery and the the contents turned to be damaged, please take a few proper pictures of the parcel and contents and retain the packaging, this will be required for a claim with the postal service. Contact us within 2 days with a proof of damage.

Domestic parcels - If you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days since dispatch date (not the date you placed your order with our shop), please contact us to resolve the issue.

International parcels - If you do not receive your parcel within 30 working days since dispatch date (not the date you placed your order with our shop), please contact us to resolve the issue.

We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging.

If you would like to make a return, please notify us within 14 days of your order delivery date and ship the items back within 21 days since the delivery date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and no initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Please note that from 01/11/2020 we will be charging 10% restocking fee for all unwanted item returns.

Cut to size items, such as ribbons, cords, lace trims, chains, fabrics etc, all earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

All SALE items are non-returnable even if they exhibit minor imperfections. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase

We are very sorry if your order has been delayed in transit. Unfortunately the delivery speed is out of our control and we can not issue any compensation for delivery delays.

Most orders are shipped by 1st class delivery as standard. However, we reserve the right to change the standard delivery service to a tracked one at our discretion. Please keep an eye on your dispatch notification email from Etsy, and note that on some instances a signature may be required on delivery.
Optional delivery upgrades are available at the checkout. The signature is required for all upgraded services.

Most orders are shipped by standard international service. Upgrade to a tracked service is available at the checkout.

Orders over £150 are shipped free of charge either via Royal Mail tracked, signed or tracked and signed international services depending on the destination country. Please note that signature may be required on delivery.

Our regular returns policy (see above) applies to international returns.

When arranging a return, please complete the customs declaration properly with declaring RETURN as the reason for export. If the customs declaration is completed incorrectly and the charge is applied to your return on arrival, we will have to deduct the relevant amount from your refund.

UK customers - You can check the delivery progress of your order on your order details page if you upgraded to a tracked service or your order value was over £40. It is under your Purchases and Reviews section, at the top right corner of the main page.

International customers - You can check the delivery progress of your order on your order details page if you upgraded to a tracked service, it is under your Purchases and Reviews section, at the top right corner of the main page.

Please note that someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. We recommend to use the tracking number and check the delivery progress regularly not to miss your order delivery.

We will not issue a refund for the initial postage costs you've paid in case your order has not been delivered and returned to us due to the following reasons:

- you rejected the parcel

- noone was available at the delivery address;

- you missed the delivery and have not collected the parcel from the post office/rearranged the delivery within the time frame specified by your local post office branch;

- you provided the wrong address for delivery

However, we will issue a refund for the items cost as soon as get your order returned.

We offer free domestic 1st class shipping for all orders over £40 and free international tracked shipping for orders over £150. We can upgrade the shipping on any order to tracked service at our discretion.

In a case of return, when the cost of items returned brings your total order value below our free postage limit or a certain amount required to get a discount, the refund given will be equal to the value of goods returned less the current regular postage charge and the relevant value of discount applied to your order. 10% restocking fee is also charged for all unwanted item returns, see above.
