Yes, unworn clogs can be returned for a refund. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned shoes. We have a return facility in the US for Customers from US and Canada. Please contact us at info@calou.se For EU we have a return label included in the parcel at a cost of 12 Euro If you would like to change size or exchange your item please place a new order.
