PROOFS

We send proofs for all personalized items within 48 business hours. This digital proof is sent to you via Etsy conversation. 1 complimentary proof will be sent to ensure you are fully in love with the design. Additional proofs will cost $5.

Your order is held until we hear back from you with approval that all spelling and punctuation is correct. Please note that are orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and changes cannot be made. A delay in approving your proof WILL delay the production time stated below.

WHAT SIZE CUP SHOULD I ORDER?

Our cup sizes are regulated by the US Dept. of Weights and Measures. The cup size indicates the amount of liquid if filled to the brim (not including ice). Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

We recommend ordering larger than you think you need. 

COMMON CUP SIZES & USAGE 
8 oz - often used for ice cream or children's parties
9 oz - (wine) - smallest recommended for wine
10 oz - wine
12 oz - mixed & signature drinks
14 oz - mixed & signature drinks
16 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea

SHIPPING TIME: Will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continuous United Stated). Cups will ship separately if ordered with other products. We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

IN A RUSH?
Add the rush production to your cart ( https://www.etsy.com/listing/259831644 ) along with these cup listing - cups can be shipped within 24-48 hours (time varies depending on if proof approval is needed and when your order is received). In the event we cannot process a rush order, we will contact you prior to placing your order into production.
