If you see a charm you like but it's on another piece, just message me and I'm happy to make you a more custom piece.

For consistency and efficiency when stamping letters, numbers and special characters, I use a special machine made just for stamping the pendants and rings that I use. Custom attachments, custom metal letter stamps, and a consistent amount of force ensures your piece turns out beautifully. While some stampers prefer the hammer and handheld letter method, the machine I use provides me with efficiency and accuracy you can see.

I do not accept returns. It requires unnecessary resources like more paper, packaging and fuel to be used. But if you receive a piece and it is not what you had expected please message me. I am happy to take care of you and make this is a positive experience for everyone involved.

I seal all my brass pieces in a crystalline wax which is also used in antique preservation and museum restoration. This will protect the piece against elements like oxygen and water, and provide an anti-corroding barrier. Waxes are not permanent, and may require your care over time.
I use genuine leather which is durable and flexible. It can also naturally stretch and breathe causing it to maybe be a little bit bigger one day, and maybe a little bit smaller the next. Don't panic! It's just the nature of the material. To preserve and condition leather you can use saddle soap or shoe polish. Please note I am in the process of securing a supplier for recycled leather to reduce our carbon footprint.
