Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund when an item is damaged or lost in transit. A claim with the postal service will have to be filed. All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and they all come with a Tracking Number. This method typically is fast and safe, however, due to limited transportation availability and overtime cuts of the USPS as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impact, USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered.

You may contact the USPS directly with your order status once it has left the GETMADE studio. We will gladly inquire in person in our local drop-off postal office, but 100% of the time, we are given this number to contact: 1-800-222-1811. Once we have ensured timely drop-off of your package to our local postal office, there is little we know of the package once it is in the hands of the USPS. Because of that, we urge you to contact them directly regarding package status when in transit.

Depending on materials in stock, we may be able to remake a sold out item. Please contact us for inquiry. There is a 10% fabrication fee that will be added to the original price.

Depending on materials and color choices, we may be able to remake a design in different color combinations. Please contact us for inquiry. There is a 15% fee that will be added to the original price as a fabrication charge.

Custom designs are pursued on a case-by-case basis. If it is a design that is similar to pieces and styles that we have with slight variations, we can work with you. There will be a % fee dependent on design complexity.

Custom designs that are totally new may be accommodated if a sketch and reference images are provided and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There will be a % fee dependent on design complexity. Please contact us for more information.

Most of our items are fabricated with Acrylic.
Earring hooks and posts are stainless steel.
Bolo tie cords are leather.

All of our earrings use stainless steel hooks or stud posts as the standard earring finding.

If you are sensitive to stainless steel, we have other options available for the following upcharge per earring pair.

Titanium Stud Posts: $4 additional
Niobium Hooks: $5 additional
Sterling Silver Hooks: $5 additional
Clip on earrings: $3 additional

Due to the different colors of the metals and plastic of the available options, the earring may not have the same overall aesthetic. We can show you a picture of the options in advance if you contact us for inquiry.

Can I purchase a design I like but in a larger or smaller scale/size?

Depending on the design we may be able to scale the earring larger or smaller. Please contact us with the design in question. If possible, there will be an 15% upcharge to the original price for the modification and fabrication of the design.

To clean your acrylic jewelry from fingerprints, use a lint-free cloth and wipe carefully. Avoid using strong harsh solvents or chemicals. Acrylic is durable and can last a life time but can easily get scratched if kept with other sharp pointy items. Store your acrylic jewelry with ample space around it to keep it from getting scratched by other sharp items.
