Can I pick a certain pocket, worry or tumbled stone from the pictures?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. I purchase these items in bulk and it is difficult to try and find a specific stone. In the pictures, I try and show the variations you may receive. If you want a lighter or darker color of the stone, I may be able to accommodate your request. It is not a guarantee as the listing says it is a random pick.

How do I avoid thinking It's a lot smaller than I thought?

Before ordering, please be sure you have read the entire description of the product and looked at all the pictures. I take time and great care to describe what you are purchasing and list measurements so there are no surprises. Why am I charged so much shipping for more than 1 heavy or large item?

Large and heavy products are calculated shipping. Shipping prices range too much based on where the package is going. The price is an accurate postage rate from my address to yours using Canada Post. If you purchase more than one item that is calculated shipping, I will combine your order and refund the overage after I purchase a shipping label.

With crystals, herbs, and flowers, I only give information on their metaphysical properties. I do not give out information for medicinal properties. Please research carefully and use reputable sources. If you have any medical conditions, please seek a medical professional before burning, ingesting or using any part of a plant (ex, leaves, essential oils). Returned and seized parcels

If a parcel has been returned to me for any reason from the buyer, eg. refusal, wrong address, not picked up at the post office, moved, or undeliverable, a refund for the item(s) will only be given when it has been returned in its original unopened condition. The shipping fee will not be refunded. Any postal fees I have to pay to have it shipped back to me will be also deducted from your refund. Any orders seized by customs/agriculture will not be refunded. Before ordering any kind of shells and/or plant-based products, please check if the product(s) are allowed in your country.
