Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because every item is custom-made, I will only ship replacements for no charge if errors are my fault. In order to avoid any errors, please include specifics in your order and I will confirm any questions regarding details with you prior to beginning your order! In the event that the item is compromised in transit, please provide a photo of the damage and a replacement will be sent right away. Any issues must be brought to my attention within 5 business days of delivery.

How many letters fit on a hanger?

The maximum number of letters/spaces is about 18-20 in the wire. If you do have a long name/phrase just let me know and I will do my best to make it work and if I don't feel it will come out well, make suggestions for alternatives.

I'm purchasing an item as a gift, can you include a gift message? Can you gift wrap?

Yes! I would be happy to include a note for the gift recipient. Please check the box during checkout to mark your item as a gift and leave your message in the box provided. Please ensure that you include the name of who it is from, because Etsy doesn't automatically include the buyer name. I do not offer gift wrapping, but each hanger is wrapped in protective bubble and decorative tissue paper, ready for gift giving.

Do you offer a discount for large orders of hangers?

There is a maximum of 18 characters – spaces and periods count as 1 character each. The first letter of each word will be capitalized unless otherwise requested.
