All our goods are handmade in small quantities. At the moment sewing orders take about 5-10 working days. If you need your order faster - contact me and we will decide how to solve this.

Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to make custom orders with special sizes and quantities, so do not hesitate to contact me. Custom orders can take longer than standard orders, contact me for price and time range, when your order can be fulfilled. I start work on the order as soon as it is fully paid.

Care instruction will be included with any order. Also you can find them in every items description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I can wrap your order as gift if you will need. Contact me for details.

It takes 3-5 business days worldwide to ship via Courier. You can choose express shipping option during checkout(do not forget to take into account the production time). Please write your phone number in the notes that courier could contact you when the parcel will be in your location.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale prices( from -30 to -35 %) are available only for big quantities. Aprons from 50 units. Napkins from 400 units. Tablecloth from 50 units. Bread bags and tea towels from 100 units.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee. All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 6€.
