LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived within a month, please contact me right away and I will do my best to help locate the package. If it has been lost due to an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to our facilities within 2-3 weeks and we will need to charge the shipping rate to re-ship the package. If your address is correct and your package was scanned as delivered but you haven't received it, it could be left with a neighbour or it could be at your local post office. Check with your local post office and mailman, in many instances they will locate it for you. ❉ Please note that we can't be held responsible for any lost or wrongly delivered packages that have been scanned as 'Delivered' by the Registered Postal Service.

CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact me right away. We pack and ship orders quickly so that you can receive your jewelry in a jiffy. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

All our jewelry is crafted using 18k gold plating over solid .925 sterling silver, which we then finish with a protective clear coating to prolong its shine and lustre. We only work with high quality nickel-free and hypoallergenic materials.

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish over time. Here are some care tips to prolong the shine and lustre of your jewelry and keep it looking its best: ❉ Avoid wearing jewelry when showering, swimming, going to bed and exercising. ❉ Keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, makeup, perfumes, and any other harsh, low pH chemicals such as chlorine, cleaning agents and silver polish. ❉ After wear, gently wipe jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove natural body oils and any residue. ❉ Store your jewelry in its original box or in a ziploc bag to keep out the air that causes oxidation.

❉ All jewelry is carefully packed and sent out beautifully packaged in our signature Emery Studio boxes. ❉ To reduce waste, I often put an order with multiple pieces in one or two gift boxes. If you would like your order to be boxed separately or if only part of your order is intended as a gift, please leave a note at checkout and I’ll be happy to box separately.
