Small teardrop shaped sinamay millinery blank bases are made from stiffened sinamay fabric. It is great for creating fascinators, cocktail millinery hats. This sinamay frame is for hat making, NOT READY TO WEAR item, you may need add hat fitting accessories like : Alicee band, comb or elastic for proper wearing on head. Accessories for headbands, combs or elastic bands are sold separately.
