Sizing for items vary, please check the measurements in the size charts provided within the product listing. Some women's items do run small.

We try to recreate your ideas for your own personalized apparel to the best of our ability. No refunds will be issued if the order has already been produced or if we've had to order special materials for your order. It may take a few days to produce your order, and a few days to ship, especially if special materials were required to be ordered for your item. If you need something by a certain date, ask us before ordering. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts or for special occasions.

Some of our garments will need to be washed before being worn, as they may contain pre-treat. (any pre-treat marks and stiffness or press marks will come out during first wash) Please plan orders accordingly if you are ordering anything for a certain date or event, or as a gift to ensure enough time for laundering. To prolong the life of your apparel, wash inside out. Tumble dry as normal. Do not iron.

My package was marked as delivered but I never received it

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. We can't tell anymore than you can from the tracking. If it has been delivered according to the tracking information, try the following: The first thing you may wish to do is check with family members and neighbors to see if someone else picked up the package for you and has forgotten to let you know. (perhaps if was left somewhere other than your mailbox?) If the above does not result in the package being found, please contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance. Kindly note that we cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered/stolen packages.
