Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to create custom orders for you. Items can be personalized for special events by adding names, dates & colors to match your theme. All items in my shop are made to order and therefore considered a custom order. I create a brand new item each time an order is placed. Due to the fact that your purchase is a custom order I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective. Personalized orders are non-refundable. If there is a problem when your purchase arrives please contact me within 3 days of receipt so we can work together to make it right. There are no refunds on custom orders.
