Yes, we can provide wholesale pricing to those with a business license. Email us for info. We're happy to help you grow your business whether it be on your direct website or on Etsy.

All of our wool felt items are dry clean only. Do not wash as it will continue to shrink. Treat it like your favorite cashmere sweater.

Refunds available within 14 days of order. If we made an oopsie on your order, we will ship you the correct item at no charge. If you change your mind and want to return what you purchased, you will need to cover the shipping.

Buyers are responsible for all customs duty/tariff that your government imposes. We do not know what those charges may be so please research this information in advance and make an informed decision before making a purchase in our shop.

We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Our business days are M-F. We are NOT open on weekends.

Customer Service Hours

We try to answer all your inquiries as soon as possible. We respond to messages between 8:30 am - 3 pm M-F. If you messaged us over the weekend, please understand that it may take us a few hours on Monday to get to your inquiry as there may be a pile of messages from the weekend that needs our attentions.

Custom and personalized orders

We don't offer customized felt shapes our colors. However, if there is a felt shape that we currently sell and you want to change the color using an existing color we also already carry, we may be able to customize it for you with a certain minimum purchase requirement. Please reach out if this describes your project. What we DO NOT do is provide custom needle felted shapes.

We take great pride in the quality of everything we sell. If any of our products are not up to your quality standards then we will do everything we can to redeem ourselves. Just reach out to us and we'll address all your concerns promptly.
