Tracking and Shipping updates

Most of the packets are sent through Indian Registered air mail. Your packet status may not be updated constantly or on regular basis.

As packages are sent with registered airmail services, your local post office needs signature confirmation on delivery. If receiver is not present at the address to take packet, local post office leaves a pick-up note. Once you see it, please talk to your local post office and get the package re-delivered. You can also visit them and collect the packet. If package is not claimed for 1-2 weeks (depending on the country), local post office send it back to us as they can not hold packet more than this.

Refund due to un-delivered package

Package can be returned due to below issues: - Incomplete address - Unclaimed package at local post office We will refund item cost only (not shipping cost). If you have purchased free listing then I will deduct shipping from item cost paid. This amount will be refunded. If you want to pay shipping again then we can re-send this packet without refund.

How kantha is special and handmade!

Kantha is hand embroidery that is done on layer of fabrics. Kantha is running hand stitches on fabric. For this running line or design is traced on fabric. With help of needle with two strands of thread, long line of running stitches are along the mark is done. The kantha stitches gives it beautiful look and also strength the fabric. I trace the design on fabric and colors of thread for embroidery. Jhumki in our team is Bengali woman who does this kantha embroidery with love and patience. This pillow is made out of quilted fabric.

This traditional embroidery has its charm and popularity. For around 500 centuries, kantha is old tradition in which poor Bengali women use their discarded cloth and cotton saris and stitched them together with a simple running stitch. Kantha is culture of using old fabrics and reusing it. These quilted fabrics are soft and give warmth.

I gave 4 stars because these are much more blue than gray. I have photos showing them next to a gray polka dot blanket. I was hoping for true gray. Craftsmanship, shipping and customer service are top notch. All 5 stars.
