Paypal is the only method of payment currently accepted.

It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account.
1. Click "Pay with Paypal" on the Etsy shopping cart page,
2. Click the grey button "Pay with Debit or Credit Card", then will jump to the PayPal Guest Checkout page.
3. Fill in your card information to complete the payment.

The size is different for different products.

For details, see individual items. The size will be shown in the product gallery and description.

Some of the products can be customed as Monogramming. Please click the "Request Custom Orders" on the page to contact me.

The font's size and symbols are listed in the last picture of the product gallery. Different products have different letter amount limit. For details, see individual items.

Please note I will monogram exactly as what you sent me. Please double check the spelling, upper and lower case through message or email with me.

All the products have a full package for itself.

The Leather Journal has a simple package, product with a brown paper box.

The leather rose has its special packing box to protect the glass cover and the flower.

Most of the product has its own full package: A brown paper box and a flannelette protective bag, which both have the Master Cap logo on.

All of them will be packed with bubble wrap and carton, then be sent to you.

Usually, I need 3-5 business days to make the products.

Please contact me if your order is urgent, I will see whether I can catch up your time.

I made all the products in my workshop in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, where the package will be sent.

To the US, the UK or any country have EUB, I will choose EUB as the main mailing channel. Usually, it needs 7-25 days after I sent out the parcel.

To the other country, I will use the post airmail which may need around 30 days.

Shipping can be upgraded with extra money to Express. I will send the parcel through DHL or UPS or FedEx depends on your country and postcode. This usually needs 5-7 business days.

All the parcels have its own tracking number, so we can know where is it.

All these shipping methods may delay because of the local custom and post office. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarante
