Felt products mustn’t be cleaned in the washing machine. Impact on the inner drum of the machine can cause shrinkage. In order to clean the bag it’s best to use careful dry-cleaning. Simply notify your dry-cleaner that the bag is 100% wool. For small stains (like coffee or chocolate) you can also clean the bag by hand - lightly wet a sponge with cold water, apply a drop of wool shampoo onto the stain, and clean the surface with light circular movements of the sponge. Then wash off the foam with cold water and leave the bag to dry away from direct sunlight and heat.

Custom and personalized orders

On special order we can customize your bag, for example we can combine various colors or add embroidery of initials or a logo. However we don’t take orders for different styles – we only use our own designs, which have all gone through rigorous testing and quality control.
