This listing is for a Crochet Custom Pet. Before I send your order, I will send you a preview photo of the finished head to be sure you are satisfied, I will be happy to make small changes to make you happy.

To make your dog or cat I need some good photos that show the details and the different angles, at least one front, left and right side. To order a commission, after making the purchase, you will need to send the photos via an Etsy conversation ("message to the seller" or "contact the shop owner"), or email if you prefer. (my email address is shown in the Personalized Box)
Processing times vary according to the orders I have, but it usually takes about 1-2 weeks to make.

- For human or pet hair, it will flatten and deteriorate during shipping. Please use a small comb and brush according to the desired pattern. Redistribute stuffing if necessary.
- Hand wash or dry clean is recommended, machine washable on delicate settings.
- You can use a small brush or damp cloth with little toothpaste to clean the minor dirt.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not use the dryer. Sun drying is best.

*Please note that the manufacturer suggest not to leave children under 3 years old without supervision while playing with it due to small parts (safety eyes).

When this item is ready made it can be shipped within 1-3 business days using Airmail. This order will be shipped from Viet Nam. Most items should arrive within 14 days from the date they are dispatched but please do allow up to 30 days for delivery.

These were so incredibly cute and detailed! My dad and his fiancee truly appreciated these and even made her cry. I love the effort put into these, and the quality is reflected in the weight. They are very sturdy. The seller was easy to work with and did so quickly, which worked great to ensure these got to me before their wedding! I highly recommend this product :)

After I lost my dog I really wanted something to hold that looked like him but everything was too girly. Lindsay managed to capture his face so well with his big brown nose and brown eyelashes, really incredible, thank you so much.
