Are these clocks outdoor proof?

We recommend keeping all of our clocks indoors. They are not weather proof and are not intended for outdoor use.

Do your clocks make a ticking sound?

While our clocks are quieter than the average clock, you will be able to hear them tick in a quiet room.

We offer the following sizes; 10" 12.5" 14.5" 19.5" 23" We currently cannot offer any clocks larger than 23". However, if you message us via Etsy Conversation, we can create a smaller size option for you if needed.

-In order to keep your clock running properly, a new battery will need to be inserted periodically. We recommend replacing the battery every "time change". -To clean your clock, we recommend using a dry, soft cloth to wipe it down. Do not use any sprays or wet materials on your clock.

We will send you a mockup of your clock with your personalization if you request one on your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We typically need 2-7 business days for production. Once shipped it usually arrives within 2-9 business days with our standard shipping (for orders shipped within the USA).

Internationally Shipped Orders

For internationally shipped orders, please provide a phone number in a note on the order for carrier use upon delivery (it will be solely used for this purpose). Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. Transit times will vary based on your location. Once shipped, most orders take 10-18 business days to arrive.

Does every clock include the pendulum?

No, the pendulum option does not come standard with the every clock. You will need to pick the pendulum option in the "diameter" drop down box. If it includes the pendulum, it will say "pendulum clock" after the size (or in the item title).

Our Swinging Pendulum Sunflower Clock is Customizable for a Unique Home Accent. The outer edge features a terra cotta colored border - great for plant enthusiasts.

All clocks are made to order in our family studio in rural Ohio. 3 Pendulum clock sizes are available. Only the best quartz clock movements are used. The clocks are tested for 24hrs before they are shipped. 2-AA batteries are required.

Production Process- Clocks are produced with fade resistant inks. The artwork is carefully mounted onto a laser cut, 1/4" thick MDF panel. A special UV resistant coating is applied for a durable finish. Dependable quartz clock movements are used. Clock hands are aged to match the antique vintage look of the clock.

• Our pendulum bobs are hand painted with our unique technique that results in an aged look to match the rustic look of the clock.
• All clocks are produced with fade resistant inks.
• The artwork is carefully mounted onto a laser cut, 1/4" thick MDF panel.
• Dependable quartz clock movements are used.
