Multi-Vitamin Tincture

Follow the recommended dosages; more is not necessarily better in herbal medicine. The recommended dosage is based on a 150-pound person; therefore if you weigh more or less you will need to adjust the dosage accordingly. If you have adverse side effects after using any herb, discontinue use right away.

Tinctures are easy and convenient to take, store well, and are great for traveling. To take a tincture, follow the dosage recommendation on the bottle, which has been formulated for a 150 lb. person, if you weigh more or less, adjust the dosage accordingly. I like to take my tinctures using a shot glass about 1/4th fill with room temperature water. Shake the tincture bottle gently, squeeze the dropper bulb, and release to fill the dropper about halfway full. This is considered a dropper full. Then squeeze the dropper again placing the tincture into your shot glass with water. Once you have placed your dose into the shot glass, swallow. Sometimes, I put a little more water into the shot glass and take another shot of just water. You can always dispense the dropper of the tincture under your tongue.
