Knitted Charcuterie soft toys - they may not be edible, but they surely are a feast for the eyes. These fun and playful sausage, salami and grilled links varieties are knitted using a combination of 100% lambswool, super soft, fluffy Mohair or pure Merino wool. Each piece is designed and lovingly handmade by me using a domestic knitting machine and sewn by hand in my studio in the U.S. Please note that stitching may vary slightly as each item is embroidered by hand. The Salami netting is made using a reinforced cotton and adorned by tiny sequins.

Salami, Gusto, Capicollo, Angry Sausage: 100% Lambswool with fluffy Mohair
'Extra long' sausage links: 2 strands of superfine Merino with a strand of sparkly Lurex
'Yum' and 'Feed the Beast' sausage links: 2 strands of pure, superfine Merino wool

Color: varies

Size: The size varies slightly due to the handmade nature of the product. The Salamis (Gusto, Capicollo, Sa-la-la-mi) are about 13" long and 4"wide.

This idem is incredible and perfect for my project. While beautifully made, I think for the price an additional sausage link to help balance it would be beneficial. It is also very lightweight, but the quality is top notch. Ultimately, I recommend this product and definitely plan to buy again in the future.

Love the “Gusto” salami and so does my daughter! I thought I had ordered the “Sa-la-la-mi” but we love the one I actually did order. Just waiting for 1 or two more things to come back in stock so we can order more!
