Custom and Personalized items may not be returned or refunded

* Gliders, 6ft or larger swings, and multiple items purchased will ship separately, and we will stagger the shipment of the packages to try and prevent damage during transit
* we strive to ensure your item is received without damage during transit, however, occasionally damage in transit does occur. We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of delivery, please provide pictures of the damage.
* Refusing delivery of any package or returning any item without prior approval is considered a "forced return" and will not be refunded
* items reported as "not delivered" or "misdelivered" will be reported to the shipping company for investigation and we must allow time for this process to resolve this issue

* Returns must be approved, items returned without approval will not be refunded
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, we are not responsible for any return charges or issues
* Item must be received in a resaleable condition with all parts and hardware, with no signs of
use, buyer is responsible for any loss in value, insurance for the full value is highly
recommended, item must be shipped by UPS or FedEx
* Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
* Custom items may not be returned
* We will not refund the charge for Personalization
* The item must be returned within 7 days of return approval
* a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount
