• XL Cat (12-16").......for larger or fluffier cats
• TINY DOG (6-10")................fits teacup & miniature-sized dogs or puppies

BUCKLE CLASP OPTIONS

► Choose the type of buckle clasp you need from the menu (BOTH versions will look just like the version shown in the main collar photo on this product page):

• BREAKAWAY — most common for cat collars
• NON-BREAKAWAY — most common for dog collars (choose this type if using a leash)

► What is a Breakaway buckle?
Breakaway (i.e. "safety / quick release") buckles are the most common type found on cat collars and are designed to auto-release if tugged on with a certain amount of force, to ensure an emergency 'getaway' if your pet is caught on something.

► NON-Breakaway buckles DO NOT auto-release. The only way to open them is to pinch the side releases to unclasp the buckle. This is the most common type used for dog collars.

► Please do NOT order a breakaway collar if you plan to walk your pet on a leash with the same collar — get the non-breakaway option if this is the case (whether for a dog or cat).

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS

We can accommodate requests for hardware color & buckle color changes free of charge. We do not offer webbing/lining color changes at this time.

► To Request Collar Hardware Color Substitutions (gold vs. silver or vice versa), in reference to the metal parts shown in the photos of the collar (i.e. the bell, length adjuster slide, and metal ring/D-ring) — simply include the hardware color you prefer in the order notes / message box (located on the Cart page, before checkout) and we'll take care of it.

► To Request a Different Buckle Clasp Color — The same instructions mentioned above applies to requests for swapping out the default plastic buckle color on a collar -- we can do either WHITE or BLACK in breakaway or non-breakaway versions. We do not offer other colors.

► For Metal Buckle Clasp Upgrades -- Please note that if you prefer to have your collar's buckle clasp upgraded to a custom METAL gold or silver buckle (instead of the standard black or white plastic buckle), you will need to also purchase the metal buckle upgrade option listed in our store - link here: https://etsy.me/1PLhZC9 (Note: Metal buckles only come in the NON-Breakaway format).
