HOW TO ORDER

NOTE: Failure to include the required info in notes to seller at checkout will delay your order.

1. Select your font type and design from the drop down (see text style options in listing pictures and link below for larger images).
2. In notes to the seller, please clearly state the following:
• Box color* (see color options in listing pictures and link below for larger images)
• Font color* (see color options in listing pictures and link below for larger images)
• Line of text you would like across the front of the box (i.e. first name, repeat DOB, Keepsake Box, Memories, etc.)
• Name as you’d like it to appear on the top of the box
• Date of Birth
• Weight
• Height
• Time of birth
• Choice of Icon (see icon options in listing pictures and link below for larger images). If you’d like a different icon than what is
pictured, please reach out to me first.
NOTE: Icon will be painted same color as font unless specified otherwise.

PROOF: A proof will be sent for your approval prior to painting.

Your customized box will be ready to ship in one-two weeks from when the order is placed. Failure to include the required info in notes to seller at checkout will delay your order.
