How to download files from Etsy

How do I get a refund for digital purchases?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the listings in this shop Etsy.com/shop/CraftyCassondraSVG refunds can not be received. At times files are emailed to customers if you are having a problem with downloading the files on Etsy. If you have a problem with your file I am always able and willing to fix the file.

Shop Shipping Policies

Unfortunately this shop is no longer responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS. Packages marked "Delivered" but are missing are not covered by the insurance provided by Crafty Cassondra. If your package is missing during transition from Crafty Cassondra to its location; Meaning it has NOT been marked "delivered" but you have not received your 14 days after the "estimated delivery date" the package will be covered under the insurance provided by Crafty Cassondra. What can I do to help locate my package? -Ask neighbors and other members of your household if they have seen your package. -If you live in apartments check with management -Call your local post office and provide the tracking information.

Processing & Shipping times

If the address provided to the shop owner can not be verified by the USPS the shop owner may contact you. If you not do respond by the time your item is due to ship your order will be sent to the address you registered on Etsy. The shop owner is not responsible for shipping delays due to address errors. If customers ask to adjust shipping address the order will need to be cancelled and repurchased Returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will result in the request for repurchase of shipping label. If you have a problem regarding shipping with USPS such as delays, missing packages, or packages that can not be delivered due to address errors please call your local post office to resolve these issues.

What happens if my merchandise arrives damaged?

If your package (box) itself is damaged in anyway please provide a photo of the packages damages as this can help with a damaged items case. If the purchased item/s arrives damaged or defective you need to immediately send photos to the shop owner for proof of damages/defects. If you fail to provided proof of damages/defects the shop owner is not responsible to proceed any further with the claim. You have 3 days after delivery to provide this information to the shop for replacements or for refunds to be made.

I need my package shipped to a different address.

If you request to have your package shipped to an address other than the address listed with your Etsy account your order will need to be cancelled. You will need to repurchase the item with the corrected mailing address. Since shipping addresses can not be changed until the label is being created the shop owner will not take responsibility in doing any address changes. Cancelling your order and repurchasing can result in new shipping estimates. It is important that your shipping address on Etsy is up to date to avoid any complications with your order.
